This office, if it is to remain, should stick only to technology and how it can improve the dissemination of information and education of the people and their doctors. I think the wording just needs to be clearer where there is any question of this office meddling in health care ie "improving quality of health care". Technology cannot improve the quality of health care. I want Single Payer, anyway. This needs some tweeking.
